JOB SUMMARY
The Audit Checker is responsible for verifying and evaluating various operational activities to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Inspecting work processes, validating records, and reporting discrepancies to maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Conduct audits to assess departmental efficiency in implementing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Evaluate adherence to schedules and processes, including but not limited to, operations activities and maintenance schedules, project inspections, document control, bill monitoring, and insurance compliance.
- Identify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies in operational processes.
- Perform the audit in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit work program.
- Prepare written reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out.
- Handle audit information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by the superior.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education: Graduate of Accountancy or Management Accounting program
Experience: At least one (1) year experience
COMPETENCIES
- Keen attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- With driving skills and has a valid driver's license

- 1 for Lipa, Batangas
- 1 for Pila, Laguna
