Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Automotive Staff to assist in the maintenance and repair of vehicles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in an automotive shop, even if they do not hold a formal automotive certificate. This role requires attention to detail, basic mechanical knowledge, and the ability to support senior technicians in daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in an automotive repair shop (preferred, not mandatory to have a certificate).
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes.
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting tools and parts, and working in a shop environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some technical training is a plus but not required).
- Clean and responsible work attitude.
Note: Formal certification (e.g., TESDA, Automotive Certificate) is not required, but proven experience and knowledge in automotive repair is essential.
