General Functions:
- Prepares bidding documents for submission to governments bidding.
- Makes follow-ups of schedule of different bidding transactions.
- Makes canvass and purchase of needed items for bidding.
- Collaborate with the warehouse for the delivery items.
- Monitors the items that are in transit to ensure the on time arrival.
- Makes a timely report to the management of the status of various activities.
Required Qualifications:
- College Level/ College Graduate
- Understanding of relevant regulations and policies.
- With driver's license
- Willing to be assigned in Malagamot, Panacan Davao City
- Willing to travel or do fieldworks
