We are looking for a B2B Sales Support Assistant support the outbound B2B sales activities our client in Australia by generating qualified leads, managing CRM data, booking appointments for the sales team, and handling inbound inquiries.

- Fluent in spoken English, with a clear and professional phone manner
- Confident and persuasive on the phone
- Experienced in B2B telemarketing sales
- Driven, organised, and target-oriented
- Willing to understand the Australian business mindset and decision-making process
Duties & Responsibilities
- Research and build databases of architects, designers, and builders
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to promote the product range
- Set qualified appointments in the sales team’s calendar
- Maintain CRM hygiene – logging leads, outcomes, and follow-ups
- Respond to inbound queries with product knowledge and direct as needed
- Send follow-ups and support materials post-appointment

- CRM: HubSpot or similar
- VoIP: Aircall, Dialpad
- Office tools: Google Workspace or MS Office
