QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast highschool graduate
- With NC2 Heavy Equipment Operation (TESDA Accredited)
- At least 2-3 years experience in Construction such as Horizontal Project; land development, construction of bridges, construction of low- to mid-rise structures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily operates the backhoe to do the necessary processes in the crusher plant (excavation, pushing leveling, benching and clearing)
- Loads raw materials to dumptruck
- Loads material to crushing plant equipment
- Screens raw material to segregate stone and soil
- Observes good housekeeping practices in performing the work
- Observes the company policy relative to health and safety at work
- Ensures and manages the machines or equipment in a safe and secure way informs and advises the management or repairers for significant repairs or maintenance
- Repairs and reconditions assigned unit to ensure safety at all times
- Cleans assigned unit
- Responds to signals and directions by the staff and work in coordination them
- Provides recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance
- Prepares and keeps daily operations
- Performance other related tasks assigned from time to time
