Key Responsibilities:
- Operate backhoe and payloader equipment for excavation, loading, and material transport.
- Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance on assigned heavy equipment.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment following company and safety standards.
- Assist in site preparation, grading, trenching, and related construction activities.
- Support building maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, hauling materials, and assisting maintenance teams as needed.
- Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, or required repairs to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the worksite and equipment storage areas.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or Technical/Vocational graduate.
- NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation – Backhoe Loader and/or Payloader (TESDA).
- 1–2 years of experience as a backhoe and/or payloader operator.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with building maintenance tasks is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of operating equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
