JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for exhibiting creative baking by personally performing tasks while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent bakery items. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a graduate of any vocational or diploma course
- At least 2 years experience as a baker in a hotel or restaurant or an established bakery
