The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: BAKER
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bread baking and dough preparation, including handling various types of dough.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient measurements and the ability to ensure quality control in bread-making processes.
- Familiarity with baking techniques, equipment, and tools specific to bread and pastry production.
- Skilled in ensuring proper bread form, consistency, and presentation.
- Experience in collaborating with assistants or team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Attention to detail and precision in using the right techniques and ingredients.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to production demands.
