Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of batching plant operations.
- Ensure the production of high-quality concrete products according to project /client specifications.
- Monitor and adjust batching processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure concrete meets required standards.
- Address and rectify any quality issues promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for batching equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and serviced as needed.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers for raw material orders and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of Civil Engineering or any related engineering course
- With atleast two years experience on the same role
- Computer literate
- With COSH/BOSH is an advantage
- With leadership capacity
- Willing to be assigned in Marinduque
- Physically & mentally healthy
