RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates delivery of ready mix concrete on site with proper documentation
- Plant representative at site
- Provide support at site (coordinate status and unloading of concrete)
- Prepare sample at site / slump at site
- Monitor pouring status
- Provide status updates and reports issues during the activity to Batching Plant Manager
- Comply with the Health and Safety Program of the company/site
- Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the General Manager/President from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Level/ Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent customer service skills. Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Must be flexible and able to balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions.
- Possess a general knowledge of construction and company products and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities.
- Excellent leadership skills – must be able to motivate others and provide complete, direct, and actionable feedback.
