Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and consumption of plant raw materials.
- Track and control asphalt waste generated during plant operations.
- Prepare and execute production planning to meet operational targets.
- Promptly report any machine breakdowns to the Operations Head.
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production Reports for the Decanting Plant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related course; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
- At least two (2) years of experience as a batching plant operator or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with batching equipment operations and basic maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City.
- Must be amenable to work Monday to Saturday.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
