Job Summary:
The Beauty Advisor Admin provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations for the Beauty Advisor (BA) team. Key responsibilities include managing BA documentation, reporting, procurement, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role also involves PO creation, daily monitoring of BA SOPs within Modern Trade (MT), stock management for merchandising, and addressing out-of-stock (OOS) issues. Strong coordination with vendors, third-party partners, and internal teams is required to manage stock levels, track performance, and resolve inventory challenges, while efficiently meeting BA needs, such as uniforms and operational facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Preferably with retail background with 3 yrs experience
- Experience in filing and monitoring contracts with partners
- Knowledge in monitoring billing statements and monitoring of payables
- Can manage schedule of BA interview & training schedule, supplier & agency meetings
- Support in BA deployment and records, such uniform issuance to agency, ordering to supplier
- Willing to do assigned task from time to time
- Coordinate with all departments and make sure to support in all admin concerns
- Must know how to use excel/PowerPoint/word
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
