Job Description:
Office Maintenance & Procurement
- Office maintenance - Equipment/Rental/Utilities/Phone lines/Courier/Security/Cleaning & etc.
- Asset management – stock take and update the tracking files and report
- Purchasing (Office/Branding POSM & GWP)
- Business Travel Arrangement
- Uniform & Name Card
- Training/conference room set up as needed
- License application/renewal
- Staff welfare activities and events
- IT hardware & software maintenance, employee on/offboarding
General Affairs & Procurement
- Be the go-to person for major initiatives or issues to manage stakeholders and lead the issue resolution for matters concerning building management, government bodies, and legal compliance matters.
- Coordinate procurement matters, negotiate for the best deals, and manage quality, completion, or delivery lead time as needed.
Others
- Improvement projects and special assignments for development
- Any other tasks as assigned by the superior/company
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written English. The ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and good negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
