QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least (2) two years of experience in construction industry and quantity surveying.
- Has also experience in pre-contract management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares, consolidates and packages bids and proposals, and ensures compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Prepares bid requirements checklist and bid preparation schedules.
- Facilitate discussions on bid corrections and clarifications and resolutions on inter-organization issues in between bid preparations up to post submission.
- Finalizes Bid bond.
- Acts as a single point of contact in managing preparation for assigned project bids, including coordination for client requirements, expectations, and customer concerns with internal offices.
- Provides support and facilitation of handover to project management and site execution team upon notice of award.
- Participates client engagements for technical concerns and inquiries.

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5pm)
