We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by providing product/service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email in both English and Mandarin
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and product/service questions with professionalism
- Do outbound calls to retain HMO Customers
- Translate or interpret customer requests accurately
