Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Revit BIM (Structural, Architectural, and MEPF) software in creating, modifying and releasing drawings under direct supervision of a project manager.
- Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, compliance to standards, fits and stack-ups.
- Clash detection
- May be responsible for some design elements.
- Work from drawing standards as guidelines.
- Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during the process.
- Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or at least a Diploma in related fields
- At least two (2) years of related work experience, preferably in a Civil Engineering or Architectural firm
- At least three years of solid experience in structural and/or architectural drafting/drawing using Revit BIM software
- Well-developed computer drawing skills
- Proficient in the most recent version of Revit BIM software (Structural, Architectural, and MEPF)
- Good conceptualization skills
- Can cope up with fast pace projects
- Attention to details
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
