Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours)- Saturday (4 hours)
Number of Onsite : 4x a week ( Monday to Thursday )
Job Purpose: BIM Modeler is responsible for providing support in the various BIM modeling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using REVIT software.
- Updating of 3D model in accordance with latest information to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with other discipline’s design-changes and model challenges.
- Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decision based on the design changes.
- Produce and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details are in line with the design criteria and specification.
- Produce structural layout and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering works in accordance to design criteria and specifications.
- Perform clash detection.
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
- Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.
- Ensure modelling quality control.
- Perform any other duties as and when as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Structure / Architecture or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Autodesk REVIT is a must
- AutoCAD – for drawing linkage and cleanup
- A team player with sense of responsibility
