Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist

Schedule: 4 hours daily (Mon-Fri)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role goes beyond basic bookkeeping and requires strong analytical skills, financial reporting expertise, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements, and tax documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for business operations and budgets
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Analyze financial performance and present insights and findings to management
- Develop and improve internal financial processes and procedures for greater efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budget planning and forecasting
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper, Accounting Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or other ERP tools)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience with tax preparation and regulatory compliance
- Background in supporting small businesses or startups
- Familiarity with automation tools or workflow optimization
Qualifications:
- CPA
- Experience in US GAAP

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
