Job Summary:
The Brand Associate will play a key role in supporting the execution of our brand strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing various brand initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of the brand. Experience in brand management and a strong understanding of marketing principles are essential.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement brand marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media strategies.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, PR) to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage brand assets and marketing materials.
- Present brand performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the development of brand strategy and long-term plans.
- Manage budgets for assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
