The Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of marketing efforts for DURAVIT. This includes developing brand strategies, executing multi-channel campaigns, managing showroom presentation and merchandising plans, and delivering brand training to the sales team. The role involves analyzing key sales performance metrics such as profit margin, SSR, and average sellout to inform campaign adjustments and product focus. The Brand Manager coordinates installation schedules for DURAVIT and ensures timely execution while collaborating closely with the product, sales, logistics, and design teams to ensure alignment across all initiatives and improve future brand campaigns based on market feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Brand Management:
○ Develops and executes brand strategies aligned with company objectives for MIRATAP and SPIN.
○ Defines the brand’s identity and ensures consistency across all customer touchpoints.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Communication:
○ Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and traditional channels.
○ Oversees content creation, visual direction, and key campaign assets.
○ Coordinates with influencers, agencies, and internal teams for campaign rollouts.
3. Showroom Management:
○ Oversees showroom layout, brand presentation, and customer experience.
○ Ensures brand materials and displays are regularly updated and aligned with current campaigns.
○ Coordinates with the sales and design teams to maximize showroom storytelling.
4. Merchandising Strategy:
○ Develops a merchandising plan tailored to each brand’s campaign calendar and sales strategy.
○ Aligns product displays with marketing pushes and stock availability.
5. Brand Training & Sales Enablement:
○ Prepares and conducts brand and product training sessions for the sales team.
○ Ensures all frontline teams are equipped with key product USPs, selling points, and updated marketing tools.
6. Campaign & Sales Performance Monitoring:
○ Analyzes sales reports using key data points (e.g., profit margin, SSR, average sellout) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
○ Adjusts marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to boost sell-through and profitability.
7. Installation Timeline Oversight:
○ Manages product installation schedules for MIRATAP kitchens in coordination with the product and sales teams.
○ Ensures timely execution and addresses installation-related concerns.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration:
○ Works closely with the product manager, sales, design, and logistics teams for seamless campaign execution.
○ Consolidates feedback from the field to improve future brand initiatives.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
