Brand marketing specialist- reliever
Job summary:
It’s a strategic and creative person who builds, evolve and manage the assigned brand identity across all channels. He/She plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, developing marketing materials, collaborating on campaigns, and ensuring that the brand resonates with target audiences.
Job responsibilities:
· Brand strategy support- Assist in developing and executing brand positioning, messaging and guidelines.
· Campaign development- Collaborate with marketing communication, product development teams, and sales teams to create and launch cohesive brand campaigns.
· Content oversight- review and guide branded content to ensure alignment with voice, tone and visual identity.
· Market research- monitor industry trends, competitor branding and customer sentiment to inform branding decisions.
· Brand performance analysis- use data and KPI’s to evaluate brand health, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement. Prepares, submits and files relevant product- related reports and documents.
· Internal brand advocacy- educate and empower teams across the organization to be consistent brand ambassadors.
· Product management and inventory- manages inventory level through proper forecasting of promotion, price changes, new products, products for deletion, etc. Recommends merchandise for each market segment; plans product introductions in collaboration with product management team and sales teams. Maintains a healthy SKU count per market segment to ensure attainment of sales and GP.
Job qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in marketing or any business-related courses.
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates with good scholastic record may be considered.
· Strong conceptualization and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to develop fresh, engaging and innovative ideas that capture the audience’s attention.
· Thinking outside the box to create memorable experiences and marketing strategies that differentiate the brand.
· Strong organizational skillsto manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
· Ability to create detailed plans, set clear timelines, allocate resources and ensure deadlines are met.
· Proficiency insocial media platforms, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
· A keen eye for details in every aspect of the campaign, whether it’s the creative, logistics or customer experience.
· Proficience in MS office applictions and google workspace.
· Physically fit to perform indoor and oudoor activities
· Willing to travel and to do field work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
