About the Role:
Etrading Software is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive strategic business analysis and enhance the development of our innovative products. You will evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver practical solutions while bridging communication between technical teams and stakeholders. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, communicative, and thrives on taking ownership of issues while ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate & Improve Processes: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
- Document Requirements: Prepare detailed requirements, functional specifications, terms of reference, and reports.
- Drive Collaboration: Facilitate meetings, presentations, and act as a liaison between cross-disciplinary teams across onshore and offshore teams.
- User Acceptance Testing: Oversee and perform UAT to validate solutions meet business objectives.
- Prioritize Initiatives: Assess business needs to focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Report & Analyze: Compile actionable insights and maintain robust documentation for stakeholders.
About You:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst capacity, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and could facilitate Scrum meetings.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of the product/system development life cycle.
- Experience writing requirements documents, functional specifications, and utilizing UML modeling tools (BPMN, state diagrams, conceptual data models).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with development teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings/presentations for both local and UK counterpart.
- Project management experience or familiarity with Agile environments.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to influence and build consensus across teams.
- Confident communicator—not afraid to speak up, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity.
Nice to have:
- Knowledgeable in derivatives is a plus
