Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling
- Skillfully navigate phone systems and gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers
- Use persuasive, professional communication to engage potential clients
- Accurately record and track lead information in databases
- Follow call scripts and data collection templates
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Leverage CRM or lead tracking systems if applicable
- Utilize experience in customs brokerage, compliance, international trade consulting, or freight forwarding if available
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
- Work independently with a results-oriented mindset

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or outbound calling within a business services environment
- Skilled at navigating gatekeepers to reach relevant contacts
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
- Comfortable working with call scripts and templates
- Background in business services or technology client roles is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking systems is beneficial
- Experience in customs brokerage, compliance, international trade, or freight forwarding adds value
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and persistent; able to work independently and achieve targets
- Comfortable engaging business professionals without sales pressure
