We're looking for a Business Development and Leasing Manager for an authentic Korean skincare company.
The Business Development and Leasing Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies that align with the company's objectives, with a focus on expanding client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility.
Also, he/she will be responsible for managing tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and ensuring the overall success of leasing strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, tenant relations, and maximizing the occupancy rates of our properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the leasing process, and a proven track record of achieving leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing
- Manage the leasing operations and tenant sourcing for both Manila and Davao locations.
- Negotiate lease contracts and ensure terms align with company goals.
- Oversee Food court operations in both Manila and Davao, ensuring smooth day-to-day management.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of Food court operations.
- Supervise billing and collection processes for tenants.
2. Business Development
- Lead the expansion of existing and new company brands.
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for both existing and new brands.
- Conduct feasibility studies for brand expansion and present findings.
- Represent the company in new business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of the leasing process, market trends, and tenant relations.
- Ability to analyze market data and use insights to drive leasing strategies.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any business-related course
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, and property management is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite
- 08:00 to 18:00; Monday to Friday
