JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and expand the car rental operations business
- Manage the day-to-day operations and develop strategic client relationships in two key sectors: renewable energy firms and companies located in export processing zones (EPZs)
- Client Development & Sales, Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and client onboarding
- Full control over vehicle deployment, maintenance, and scheduling
- Hire, supervise, and train drivers
- Monitor and control expenses (reimbursable)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies
- Reporting & Coordination
- Submit weekly reports at the head office in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
- At least 3 years similar experience in Operations management in a car rental/leasing company
- Proven ability to manage field operations, staff, and clients
- With existing network of B2B customers or corporate accounts
- With strong understanding of the car rental or transport/logistics industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- This is a remote work but candidate must be willing to report at least once a week at the head office in Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
