The Business Development Officer is responsible for the following:
- Formulation of competitive product pricing and conduct of financial viability study to determine if there is market potential
- Conducts the delivery of land acquisition targets through location evaluation, feasibility study, recommendation for project development, and projection of sales and revenue
- Conducts Market and Competitor scan
- Assists in the transition of construction site to Property Management and Homeowner’s Association
- Prompt coordination with brokers and local government units to get details and requirements for prospect property and with concerned departments for conduct of preliminary analysis
- Ensures legal due diligence of prospect properties
- Compliance to property acquisition requirements, and government permits for license to sell
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Financial Management, Economics or any business course
- At least 3-5 years experience in the real estate industry
- At least 3-5 years experience in land banking, market analysis and financial reports
