Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Self-starter, competitive, naturally curious and strong work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying potential
- Set meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
- Ability to attain key weekly calling and email metrics
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
