We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Food & Beverage Business Unit
Location: Batangas City | Full-Time
We are looking for a high-performing Operations Manager to lead our growing food and beverage business unit. This role is crucial in driving profitability, maintaining operational excellence, and leading our expansion efforts Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operations of the business unit, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across all branches
- Drive revenue and profitability through effective planning, cost control, and performance management
- Lead the standardization of operational processes, ensuring all SOPs are aligned and consistently implemented
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation and other F&B regulations
- Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to the Group’s General Manager
- Manage the opening of new branches, from site selection to successful launch and stabilization
- Identify growth opportunities and support strategic expansion initiatives
- Monitor and improve customer service standards and team performance
- Collaborate closely with department heads (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) for seamless operations
- Build and mentor a strong operations team to uphold brand quality and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- At least 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage or retail operations
- Strong background in multi-branch operations management, P&L responsibility, and process optimization
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations related to F&B operations
- Proven experience in new store openings and scaling operations
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Experience in implementing or managing a Quality Management System (QMS) in a food and beverage setting is preferred but not required
