Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development / Sales Representative with a strong understanding of the healthcare staffing industry. This role will focus on generating new business, by developing a robust sales pipeline and closing contracts with healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing clients through various methods including leveraging the company’s access to the ZoomInfo lead generation software and working with the internal team to navigate the nuances of agreements relevant to the acquisition of staffing services in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and qualify new healthcare facility prospects through outbound outreach and market research.
- Build and manage a targeted contact lists of decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and
healthcare facilities. - Maintain, update, and track all leads, communications, and deals within HubSpot CRM.
- Schedule and lead discovery calls, virtual presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Develop tailored staffing solutions that address client-specific pain points.
- Effectively negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare staffing trends, and competitive positioning.
- Work cross-functionally with recruiting, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in response to new contracts agreed.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Experience closing high-volume or multi-location staffing contracts.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing challenges (e.g., compliance, credentialing, shift
fulfillment).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo for prospecting and list building.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven
environment. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
