Job Summary:
PAM The Recruiter is a fast-growing talent acquisition and recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading companies. We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Business Manager to streamline operations, enhance client and candidate workflows, and support the strategic growth of our agency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves optimizing processes, and has a deep understanding of operational tools like ClickUp and Attio.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working at or managing operations in a recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Slack, or Google Workspace.
- Experience with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, staffing, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ClickUp for project and task management, including custom views, automation, and integrations.
- Experience using Attio or a similar CRM for managing pipelines, contact data, and client interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Lead and improve day-to-day agency operations including recruitment workflows, client onboarding, candidate tracking, and internal team coordination. Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting in alignment with company goals.
- ClickUp Management: Build and manage task structures, recruitment pipelines, automation, and reporting dashboards to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attio CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system for managing client and candidate relationships, tracking communication, and maintaining accurate sales and placement pipelines.
- Process Optimization: Develop and document SOPs to increase efficiency in recruitment operations, lead generation, and account management.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance and operations reports using ClickUp and Attio; provide insights and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Client and Vendor Support: Coordinate with external partners and vendors, assist with contracts, and ensure high service standards are maintained. Lead proposal development and pitch meetings with prospective clients.
