Position Title: Business Performance Management Officer
Job Summary:
- Assist the Department Head in defining and setting financial targets for all business units of the Retail Banking Sector
- Help in studying, developing scenarios and proposing changes in the scorecards. Also, help in establishing standards and building channel utilization and profitability reports
- Ensure the timeliness, integrity, completeness and security of the department’s database that are being used in generating reports
- Assist the department head in analyzing the performance of branches/areas/regions and sales team
Role Opportunities:
- Learn how to prepare micro level budgets and capital expenditures budget for BBS Units
- Develop your collaboration skills through coordination with various departments and units
- Improve your analytical skills by providing insights and recommending business solutions
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two years of related experience in the banking industry
- Experience in using data visualization tools such as, but not limited to, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
