Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Officer of Victor Consunji Development Corporation is in charge of the following:Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies, systems, and initiatives that drive employee performance and organizational effectiveness. The role supports the achievement of business goals by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and employee engagement.
- Assist in directing and coordinating overall human resource activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, or other employee services. Also, responds to inquiries that are not limited to policies, procedures, or programs of the company.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company that will help to strategized in organizational planning, thus, monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle, including setting timelines, distributing forms, and compiling results.
- Administers the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS). Issues individual employees' PMS forms per division and collects these within the specified time. Collates and summarizes data in tabular form, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the system. Submits, upon request of management or division heads, performance evaluation summaries of employees.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational development programs, including employee engagement, change management, and team development. Through assessments, training, and targeted interventions, assist in improving structure, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies in all performance-related matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance records in filing systems.
- Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the operational unit, company, or as directed by the HR Head and/or CEO.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three (2) years of HR experience focusing on performance management and OD.
- Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems, organizational development tools, and training methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and sound judgment in complex situations.
- Effective team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to ethical standards and demonstrates reliability in all responsibilities.
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Makati and can start ASAP.
