ROLE PURPOSE
The CAD Drafter is primarily responsible for the production of clear and technically accurate drawings and blueprints based on design specifications provided by architects and engineers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with CAD, BIM and other Drawing software in creating, modifying and releasing drawings under direct supervision of a project manager.
- Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, compliance to standards, fits and stack-ups.
- May be responsible for some design elements.
- Work from drawings, sketches or s canned images, or specifications.
- Use the accepted drawing standards as guidelines.
- Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during design process.
- Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or at least a Diploma in any related field
Experience
- At least three (3) years of related work experience, preferably in a Civil Engineering or Architectural firm
- At least three (3) years of Auto CAD experience
- Experience in BIM Software(Revit) is nice to have
Skills / Competencies
- Well-developed computer drawing skills
- Proficient in the most current release of AutoCAD software
- Preferably with knowledge in BIM Technology
- Good conceptualization skills
- Attention for details
- Can cope up with fast paced projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
