Position Title: Wire Harness Electrical Drafter

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Wire Harness Electrical Drafter to support our engineering team by producing accurate electrical schematics and wire harness drawings. This role requires strong drafting experience, technical knowledge, and collaborative communication to support project development in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft wire harness layouts and electrical schematics using Arcadia software
- Collaborate with project and production engineers to define technical specifications
- Ensure drawings comply with internal standards, safety regulations, and codes
- Maintain and organize all drawing records and documentation
- Support engineering changes by troubleshooting and modifying existing designs
- Calculate cable lengths and select wire types
- Identify connectors, terminations, and components
- Create wiring diagrams and bill of materials (BOM)
- Review and interpret existing wire harness documents

- Familiarity with software like Arcadia, RapidHarness, SolidWorks or Zuken (preferred)
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- PRC license is an advantage, not a requirement
Home Office Requirements
- Internet: Wired, minimum 50 Mbps (or 10 Mbps for cable)
- Hardware: Reliable computer/laptop with dual monitors, webcam, and noise-canceling headset (Plantronics Blackwire C320M preferred)
- Environment: Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Tools: Experience using Time Doctor or Screenshot Monitor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
