Job Overview
We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for our remote campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with leadership potential, great communication skills, and a strong understanding of call center dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily campaign operations
- Monitor agent attendance, schedule adherence, and KPIs
- Send timely updates, reminders, and announcements
- Facilitate huddles, refreshers, and campaign alignment sessions
- Provide real-time support for call flows, FAQs, and process-related inquiries
- Escalate agent concerns to Operations as needed
- Assist in policy clarification and documentation follow-ups
- Promote a collaborative remote work environment
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and trackers (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Highlight trends, areas for improvement, and agent concerns
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations for coaching and feedback
- Assist with onboarding, nesting, and training of new hires
- Help document campaign SOPs and process updates
- Manage logs, attendance records, and agent feedback documentation
- Perform other admin tasks as directed by Operations Management
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Account Manager, Telemarketing Agent, or QA Specialist
- Background in campaign coordination or team supervision preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Experience in coaching and motivating remote teams
- Sound knowledge of campaign products, processes, and systems
- Results-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Technical Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop: Minimum Pentium processor, 8GB RAM
- Headset: A4Tech HU-7P / HU-50 or Jabra USB with noise-cancellation
- Internet: Wired connection, minimum speed of 10 Mbps
