NOW HIRING: CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR (WORK-FROM-HOME | FULL-TIME)
Job Description:
- Coordinate and assist in daily campaign operations
- Monitor agent attendance, schedule adherence, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate timely updates, reminders, and campaign announcements
- Facilitate team huddles and refreshers as needed
- Ensure agents are aligned with campaign objectives, call flows, and updates
- Provide real-time support for campaign processes, FAQs, and call handling
- Escalate agent concerns to the Operations Manager when necessary
- Assist with basic policy clarifications and documentation follow-ups
- Promote a collaborative and productive remote work environment
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports
- Track performance metrics such as attendance, stats, and QA scores
- Highlight trends, concerns, and improvement areas to supervisors
- Maintain and update trackers and agent monitoring records
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations for agent coaching and follow-ups
- Support execution of developmental action plans
- Assist in training, nesting, and onboarding new hires
- Help document campaign SOPs and support process improvements
- Manage campaign logs, attendance sheets, and report files
- Schedule coaching or evaluation sessions when needed
- Document agent feedback, error reports, and related forms
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Account Manager or Telemarketing Agent
- Background in Quality Assurance or campaign management/supervision
- Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
- Proficient in coaching, training, and motivating remote employees
- Sound knowledge of company products, policies, and services
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with teams
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop: Minimum Pentium processor, 8GB RAM
- Headset: A4Tech (HU-7P or HU-50) or Jabra USB headset with noise-cancellation
- Internet: Wired connection with at least 10 Mbps speed
