Job Summary:
The Campus Director provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management for all campus operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and student services. The role includes oversight of academic programs, staff supervision, student engagement, and compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards. The Campus Director serves as the face of the campus and is responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and student success.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for campus operations and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet enrollment, retention, and graduation goals.
- Foster a student-centered culture that promotes academic excellence and a positive campus environment.
Academic Oversight:
- Collaborate with academic leadership to ensure curriculum integrity and instructional quality.
- Monitor academic performance and implement interventions to support student success.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty and instructional staff.
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities in alignment with institutional priorities.
- Develop and enforce campus policies and procedures.
Student Services & Engagement:
- Support the development and delivery of student services including: advising, career services, and student life programs.
- Promote student engagement through events, outreach, and support programs.
- Address student concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Community & Stakeholder Relations:
- Act as the primary representative of the campus in community, educational, and professional settings.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Work closely with central administration and other campus leaders to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing staff, budgets, and operational systems.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation, and academic program management.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
- Conflict resolution, team-building, and strategic planning abilities.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable.
Work Environment:
- This position is on-site.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or training.
- Evening and weekend hours may be necessary based on campus needs.
