QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School graduate with at least background of Cashier/Server position the Food and Beverage Industry
2. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety
3. Good communication skills, team player and willing to be trained
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CASHIER:
- Understand and master the use of the POS and credit card terminals.
- Processing sales transactions and taking payments.
- Calculating the cost of products or services.
- Calculating and returning change for cash transactions.
- Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change.
- Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts.
- Maintaining cleanliness at the cashier area.
DINING:
- Escort guests to their tables, introduce the ordering system, and mention company policies.
- Review and ensure that orders are delivered promptly to the correct table and to the right guests.
- Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs.
- Cross-selling and upselling products.
- Reporting issues with equipment.
- Working with the team to meet store sales goals.
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Assisting in stocking and rotating items such as beverages and ice cream.
- Staying up to date on promotions, advertisements and product information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php500.00 - Php560.00 per day
