Job Summary:
The Sales Executive for Catering Services is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to clients inquiring about catering packages. This role plays a vital part in promoting the brand, increasing bookings, and supporting coordination efforts to ensure smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential corporate clients through prospecting and lead generation.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present catering service offerings.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Act as main contact for client inquiries related to proposals and contract negotiation.
- Ensure smooth handover to the events coordination and operations teams.
- Sales Process Management
- Maintain updated records of prospects, proposals, and closed deals using CRM or sales tracker.
- Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns and promotions targeting corporate clients.
- Coordination & Handover
- Relay all confirmed event or meal details to Events Coordinator and Catering Operations Supervisor.
- Attend pre-event briefings or client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends for events.
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas for client meetings.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary - ₱20,000 + Sales Commission
