1. Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
2. Amenable to work on the graveyard shift.
3. With at least 2-3 years work experience in Labor Relations and must have working knowledge on PH Labor Laws
4. With experience in representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc
5. Labor relations experience in a BPO industry is a plus.
6. With experience in end-to-end process of LR/ER.
7. Good writing skills with a high level of proficiency creating impact written communications
8. Good communicator with eagerness to independently research new and creative ways for engagement events
9. Able to independently manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines; a self-starter who can keep projects moving with little supervision
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
11. Understanding of basic HR concepts related to Labor Relations and change management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
