Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and draft communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested.
Driving & Transportation:
- Provide safe and timely transportation for the executive and other authorized personnel.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including regular maintenance checks and cleaning.
- Plan routes, considering traffic and other potential delays.
- Ensure passenger safety and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with expense reports and other financial documentation.
- Handle special projects and assignments as delegated by the executive.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Safe and defensive driving techniques.
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
