What Success looks like in this role:
· Assist and handle public inquiries on civil registry documents such as birth certificates, marriage contracts and other important documents.
· Performs administrative tasks for frontline or backend operations which may include responding to customer inquiries and data encoding
· Operate a data entry terminal or computer to transcribe and/or verify a wide variety of source data, material documents, records and information for entry into a database
· May be tasked to provide weekly reports pertinent to tasks assigned
You will be successful in this role if you have:
· Senior High School or Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred
· 0 – 3+ years progressive experience in customer service and office support
o Average typing speed and accuracy
o Basic computer operation skills
o Good interpersonal skills
o Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php9,245.00 per month
