- Attending to the needs of the walk-in customers telephone inquiries and relaying or releasing the results of the medical test
- Handling customer complaints and dissemination of the company’s performance survey
- Checking/reviewing the completeness of all laboratory reqs signed by the customer to include; the customer’s information, tests requested and manner of delivering the results of the tests
- Answers queries of the customer/client
- Encoding to LIS the customer’s information prior to distribution of samples to corresponding department
Graduate of BS in Nursing; BS in Medical Technology
With good communication skills.
