Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our sales or marketing team. This role is primarily responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone or other communication channels to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or CRM system.
- Introduce and promote the company’s services in a professional manner.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on pre-set criteria.
- Overcome objections and handle questions to maintain engagement.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales or business development team.
- Maintain and update lead database with call activity and lead status.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, or messages as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (at least 6 months to 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working with scripts and call quotas.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems or dialer tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or onsite team.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation or appointment setting.
- Background in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
