About the Role
Shop is the curated marketplace section within our app, where users can discover and purchase value-added products and services, from vouchers to lifestyle deals. It’s a growing revenue stream and an important touchpoint for user engagement. As the Commercial Associate, you’ll be responsible for shaping what we sell, how we sell it, and how we drive performance across traffic, conversion, and sales.
What you will be doing:
- Own the day-to-day operations of Shop, including SKU selection, pricing, margins, and inventory tracking
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, and sales) and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
- Lead internal reviews of product performance and commercial ROI
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and EDMs in partnership with the marketing team
- Coordinate closely with Finance (to ensure healthy unit economics), Operations (to ensure fulfillment and logistics), and Product (to improve UX and feature rollout)
- Continuously seek new opportunities to grow revenue, improve customer experience and increase adoption on Shop
- Support and scale other adjacent revenue streams beyond Shop, including digital add-ons, upsells, and partner offers within the app
- Contribute to the development and execution of our loyalty program, driving user engagement and repeat purchases through Shop and related channels.
What you have:
- A strong commercial mindset with a keen eye for pricing, margins, and growth opportunities
- Comfort working with data — you can independently pull insights and act on them
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs, vendors, or product lines with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, and Product
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce platforms, merchandising, or digital campaign planning (e.g. EDMs, in-app promos)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Looker, or other BI tools is a plus
- Familiarity with online merchandising, pricing strategies, and performance tracking
- Experience working on cross-functional projects involving product, marketing, and operations teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment — ideally with startup or scale-up experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
