Commissary Head

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commissary Head to lead the overall operations of our Food Industry in Cebu. This role is essential to ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all commissary functions — including supply chain, logistics, inventory, and food safety. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a solid background in food production or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily commissary operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.
• Manage the full supply chain cycle—from sourcing raw materials to dispatching finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels, optimize storage, and ensure proper handling and rotation of inventory.
• Enforce strict food safety and quality standards to maintain consistent product quality.
• Supervise the dispatch and delivery of goods to various restaurant branches or service points.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor commissary staff, including kitchen and warehouse personnel.
• Optimize labor, inventory, and operational expenses without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with departments such as purchasing and restaurant operations to maintain streamlined service.
• Ensure all commissary operations comply with food safety laws and health regulations.
• Participate in developing operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, or any related field.

• 4–5 years of experience as a Commissary Head or similar leadership role in the food industry.

• Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of food preparation procedures, material handling, inventory systems, and procurement

• Familiarity with warehousing and cold storage best practices

• Knowledge of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation procedures, material handling, inventory, and procurement

• Ability to handle pressure and lead multiple teams effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
