COMPANY NURSE
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- With valid PRC license
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an occupational health setting, corporate clinic, or similar healthcare environment.
- Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) or equivalent occupational health training is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in handling Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) administration, including employee enrollments, claims, and renewals.
- Proven experience in providing first aid and managing workplace accidents or medical emergencies.
- Experience in organizing and implementing employee health and wellness programs, such as vaccination drives and health screenings.
- Familiarity with preparing and submitting regulatory reports (e.g., DOLE) and ensuring compliance with workplace health standards.
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa.
