- Provide first aid treatment and medical care to employees in case of illness or injury during work hours.
- Assist in medical emergencies and refer serious cases to hospitals or clinics.
- Maintain accurate health records and employee medical histories.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor employee recovery as necessary.
- Conduct routine health assessments and pre-employment medical screenings.
- Promote health education programs such as wellness seminars, flu vaccinations, and lifestyle improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage medical supplies and clinic inventory.
- Support implementation of health and safety policies, and conduct regular workplace inspections.
- Coordinate with the company physician and health insurance providers.
- Prepare and submit periodic health and incident reports to management.
- Assist in pandemic response plans (e.g., temperature checks, health declarations, contact tracing, etc.).
