HR Compensation & Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage government-mandated and company-initiated benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, etc.).
- Conduct market surveys and provide input for compensation benchmarking and structure reviews.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems.
- Support performance evaluation processes and salary adjustments.
Other HR Functions:
- Participate in policy creation and updates related to BenCom.
- Provide data-driven HR reports and insights to management.
- Collaborate with site HR and department heads to ensure alignment on HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role focusing on Compensation & Benefits .
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compensation structures, and employee welfare programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
