- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation & Benefits, with a background in Recruitment
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving interdepartmental projects
- With in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Willing to work onsite in Tondo Office from Monday-Friday
- Need with Shipping or Logistics industry experience
- Technical Expertise in Payroll: Proficient in managing and overseeing payroll processes.
- Policy Upgrades: Experience in upgrading and implementing new policies.
- Benefits Review: Skilled in reviewing existing benefits and making necessary adjustments.
- Salary Structure Updates: Ability to update and maintain salary structures.
- Automation: Knowledgeable in automating compensation and benefits processes
